Championship (Week 36) : Leeds United beats Cardiff City 2-0
WALES, Mar. 8, 2016 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 36: Two wins in a row for Leeds United. After their 2-1 win against Bolton Wanderers on March 5, the Whites continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 2-0 victory over Cardiff City this Tuesday.
Leeds United dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by French forward Souleymane Doukara in the 37th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Whites further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Antenucci in stoppage time.
Cardiff City remains in 7th place with 55 points from 36 games, tie on points with Sheffield Wednesday FC, which has a game in hand.
