ENGLAND, Aug. 20, 2016 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 4: QPR crashed to their 2nd consecutive defeat as they lost 2-0 against Preston.
Preston dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Jamaican forward Jermaine Beckford in the 21st minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Lilywhites further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Onuoha into his own net in the 52nd minute.
Queens Park Rangers are down in 6th place with 6 points from 4 games, one point behind Norwich City, which has a game in hand.
