Championship (Week 5) : Bristol City beats Aston Villa 3-1
ENGLAND, Aug. 27, 2016 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 5: After losing 1-0 to Norwich City on August 20 and 0-1 to Newcastle on August 20, the Robins returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Aston Villa this Saturday.
Aston Villa had started off well by taking the lead in the 5th minute with a goal by Irish midfielder Jack Grealish. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Robins nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Abraham Tammy '59, Bryan Joe '61 and Tomlin '81).
Bristol City FC climbed to fifth place with 9 points from 5 games, tie on points with Queens Park Rangers.
