Championship (Week 18) : Forest beats Barnsley 5-2

ENGLAND, Nov. 25, 2016 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 18: Two wins in a row for Nottingham Forest. After their 0-2 win against Ipswich Town on November 19, the Reds continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 5-2 victory over Barnsley this Friday.

Henri Lansbury scored tripple goals

Barnsley opened the score in the score in the 5th minute thanks to Winnall Sam, before Nottingham Forest regained the advantage with Lansbury ('13, '45) and Vellios Apostolos ('24). Leading 3-2 at the break, the Reds further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Osborn '63 and Lansbury '82/penalty).

Nottingham Forest FC climbed to 16th place with 22 points from 18 games, tie on points with Aston Villa, which has a game in hand.
