Championship (Week 36) : QPR beats Barnsley 2-1

ENGLAND, Mar. 7, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 36: Two wins in a row for QPR. After their 2-1 win against Cardiff City on March 4, QPR continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 2-1 victory over Barnsley this Tuesday.

QPR dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Sylla Idrissa in the 7th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, QPR players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Macdonald Angus into his own net in the 66th minute.

Barnsley FC remains in 11st place with 50 points from 36 games, 2 points behind Derby County FC.
