BLOEMFONTEIN, Jan. 13, 2014 (AMP) — South Africa 2014 : Libya defeated Ethiopia by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a CHAN group stage game on Monday night at the Free State Stadium in Bloemfontein.
The result put the Libyans top of Group C with 3 points. In their next game, Libya will meet second-placed Ghana at the Free State Stadium on January 17, while Ethiopia will face Congo-Brazzaville.
