POLOKWANE, Jan. 21, 2014 (AMP) — South Africa 2014 : Congo-Brazzaville tied 2-2 with Libya (halftime: 1-0), in a CHAN group stage game on Tuesday night at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane. Libya advance to the Quarterfinals. Congo-Brazzaville is eliminated.
