HOUSTON, Sep. 10, 2014 (AMP) — USA 2014 : Panama defeated Nicaragua by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a Copa Centroamericana group stage game (Group B) on Wednesday afternoon at the BBVA Compass Stadium in Houston.
Nicaragua made the Panamanians doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Pérez ('81) and R. Torres ('82).
