CSL (Week 18) : Shijiazhuang defeats Shanghai Shenhua 2-1

CHINA, Jul. 21, 2016 (AMP) — Chinese Super League / Match day 18: After a 2-1 victory over Shanghai SIPG on July 17, the Blue Eagles lost 2-1 against Shijiazhuang Ever Bright.

Shanghai Greenland Shenhua had started off well by taking the lead in the 18th minute with a goal by Martins Obafemi. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Shijiazhuang Ever Bright players nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Jianqing Mao '55 and Cho Yong-hyung '76).

Shanghai Greenland Shenhua FC remains in fifth place with 28 points from 19 games, 2 points behind Hebei China Fortune FC.
