SPAIN, Aug. 29, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 2: After their 0-0 draw against Sporting Gijon on August 23, Los Blancos bounced back with a 5-0 victory over Real Betis this Saturday.
Gareth Bale and James Rodríguez scored dual goals
Real Madrid dominated the first half thanks to goals from Bale ('2) and Rodríguez ('39). Leading 2-0 at the break, Los Blancos further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Benzema '47, Rodríguez '50 and Bale '89).
Real Madrid climbed to third place with 4 points from 2 games, 2 points behind FC Barcelona.
