La Liga (Week 10) : Villarreal beats Sevilla 2-1
SPAIN, Oct. 31, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 10: After their 0-0 draw against Las Palmas on October 25, El Submarino Amarillo bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Sevilla this Saturday.
Villarreal dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by defender Gaspar Mario in the 26th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, El Submarino Amarillo further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Bakambu Cedric in the 61st minute.
Villarreal CF climbed to fourth place with 20 points from 10 games, tie on points with Atletico Madrid.
