ENGLAND, Oct. 11, 2014 (AMP) — League One / Match day 12: After their 2-2 draw against Oldham Athletic on October 4, Posh returned to winning ways with a 4-1 victory over Crawley Town this Saturday.
Crawley Town opened the score in the score in the 2nd minute thanks to Mcleod, before Peterborough United regained the advantage with Smith ('11) and Burgess ('40). Leading 2-1 at the break, Posh further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Maddison '55 and Washington '58).
Peterborough United FC climbed to second place with 23 points from 12 games, 5 points behind Bristol City FC.
