League One (Week 3) : Gillingham beats Bradford City 2-1
ENGLAND, Aug. 18, 2015 (AMP) — League One / Match day 3: After their 1-1 draw against Port Vale on August 15, the Gills bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Bradford City this Tuesday.
Bradford City had started off well by taking the lead in the 7th minute with a goal by Hanson James. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Gills nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Norris Luke '51 and Hanson James '71 own).
Gillingham FC climbed to second place with 7 points from 3 games, 2 points behind Coventry City FC.
