ENGLAND, Aug. 19, 2015 (AMP) — League One / Match day 3: After their 0-0 draw against Doncaster Rovers on August 16, the Latics returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Scunthorpe United this Wednesday.
Wigan Athletic dominated the first half thanks to goals from Grigg Will ('3 on penalty) and Daniels Donervon ('27). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Latics further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Davies Craig in the 70th minute.
Wigan Athletic FC climbed to 11st place with 4 points from 3 games, only one point behind Oldham Athletic AFC.
