League One (Week 9) : Burton defeats Chesterfield 2-1
ENGLAND, Sep. 26, 2015 (AMP) — League One / Match day 9: Three wins in a row for Burton Albion. After their success against Rochdale and Swindon Town, the Brewers continued their sensational form in the League One with a 2-1 victory over Chesterfield this Saturday.
Chesterfield had started off well by taking the lead in the 2nd minute with a goal by Hird Sam. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Brewers nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Beavon Stuart '46 and Binnom-williams Jerome '90).
Burton Albion FC remains in first place with 21 points from 9 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up Walsall FC.
