League One (Week 13) : Scunthorpe beats Shrewsbury 2-1

ENGLAND, Oct. 17, 2015 (AMP) — League One / Match day 13: Three wins in a row for Scunthorpe United. After their success against Fleetwood Town and Oldham Athletic, the Iron continued their sensational form in the League One with a 2-1 victory over Shrewsbury Town this Saturday.

Shrewsbury Town had started off well by taking the lead in the 15th minute with a goal by Kaikai Sullay. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Iron nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Laird Scott '58 and Madden Paddy '74 on penalty).

Scunthorpe United FC climbed to 12nd place with 17 points from 13 games, tie on points with Port Vale FC.
