ENGLAND, Mar. 19, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 37: Two wins in a row for Burton Albion. After their 2-1 win against Fleetwood Town on March 12, the Brewers continued their sensational form in the League One with a 4-0 victory over Port Vale this Saturday.
Burton Albion dominated the first half thanks to goals from Akins Lucas ('34) and Grant Anthony ('45 own). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Brewers further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Duffy Mark '50 and Butcher Calum '60).
Burton Albion FC remains in first place with 74 points from 37 games, a 6-point lead over runner-up Wigan Athletic FC.
