League One (Week 1) : Oxford hold Chesterfield to 1-1
ENGLAND, Aug. 6, 2016 (AMP) — League One: Oxford United and Chesterfield opened the 2016-2017 season with an entertaining 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Oxford United players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Thomas Wes in the 31st minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Chesterfield with a saving goal from Evans Ched in the 76th minute.
