ENGLAND, Aug. 13, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 2: Two wins in a row for Gillingham. After their 1-3 win against Southend United on August 6, the Gills continued their sensational form in the League One with a 2-1 victory over Bury this Saturday.

Gillingham dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Jackson Ryan in the 6th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Gills further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Kay Antony into his own net in the 57th minute.

Gillingham FC climbed to first place with 6 points from 2 games, tie on points with runner-up Bolton Wanderers FC.
