ENGLAND, Aug. 13, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 2: After their 0-0 draw against Bradford City on August 6, the Valiants returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Southend United this Saturday.
Port Vale dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Forrester Anton in the 40th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Valiants further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Streete Remie in the 75th minute.
