League One (Week 15) : Northampton beats Shrewsbury 4-2

ENGLAND, Oct. 22, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 15: After losing 1-3 to Millwall on October 18 and 3-0 to Peterborough United on October 18, the Cobblers bounced back with a 4-2 victory over Shrewsbury Town this Saturday.

Anderson Paul scored dual goals

Northampton Town dominated the first half thanks to goals from Zakuani Gabriel ('22) and Anderson Paul ('31). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Cobblers further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Hoskins Sam '65 and Anderson Paul '89).

Northampton Town FC climbed to 8th place with 21 points from 15 games, only one point behind Port Vale FC.
