ENGLAND, Nov. 19, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 18: After their 0-0 draw against Oldham Athletic on November 12, Dons returned to winning ways with a 5-1 victory over Bury this Saturday.
Francomb George scored dual goals
AFC Wimbledon dominated the first half thanks to goals from Whelpdale Chris ('26), Poleon Dominic ('27), Elliott Tom ('28) and Francomb George ('36 on penalty). Leading 4-1 at the break, Dons further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Francomb George in the 57th minute.
AFC Wimbledon climbed to 6th place with 27 points from 18 games, 2 points behind Peterborough United FC.
