League One (Week 30) : Oxford defeats Swindon 2-1
ENGLAND, Feb. 5, 2017 (AMP) — League One / Match day 30: Two wins in a row for Oxford United. After their 0-4 win against Rochdale on January 21, the Boys from Up the Hill continued their sensational form in the League One with a 2-1 victory over Swindon Town this Sunday.
Swindon Town had started off well by taking the lead in the 19th minute with a goal by Dabo Sheik. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Boys from Up the Hill nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Sercombe Liam '70 and Hall Robert '73).
Oxford United FC climbed to 13rd place with 40 points from 28 games, tie on points with Charlton Athletic FC.
