ENGLAND, Mar. 25, 2017 (AMP) — League One / Match day 40: After their 3-3 draw against Chesterfield on March 18 and 1-1 draw against Oldham Athletic on March 18, Posh returned to winning ways with a 1-0 victory over Gillingham this Saturday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Morias Junior seconds before the end of regulation.
Peterborough United FC climbed to 11st place with 55 points from 40 games, only one point behind Oxford United FC, which has a game in hand.
