ENGLAND, Apr. 14, 2017 (AMP) — League One / Match day 43: The match between Shrewsbury Town and Walsall ended in a 1-1 draw on Friday.
Walsall players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Morris Kieron in the 35th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Shrewsbury Town with a saving goal from Payne Stefan in the 70th minute.
Walsall FC remains in 14th place with 55 points from 42 games, tie on points with AFC Wimbledon.
