ENGLAND, Sep. 26, 2017 (AMP) — League One / Match day 10: After their 1-1 draw against Shrewsbury Town on September 23, Rovers bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Rotherham United this Tuesday.
Blackburn Rovers dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Antonsson Marcus in the 27th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Rovers further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Chapman Harry with just 5 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Blackburn Rovers FC climbed to 8th place with 16 points from 9 games, only one point behind Charlton Athletic FC.
