ENGLAND, Oct. 18, 2014 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 13: After losing 5-1 to Cambridge United on October 11, the Boys from Up the Hill bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Tranmere Rovers this Saturday.
Oxford United dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Barnett in the 28th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Boys from Up the Hill further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Potter in the 73rd minute.
Oxford United FC climbed to 20th place with 13 points from 13 games, only one point behind Dagenham & Redbridge FC.
