League Two (Week 21) : Accrington and Wycombe Wanderers play out 1-1 draw
ENGLAND, Dec. 20, 2014 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 21: Wycombe Wanderers was held to a 1-1 draw by Accrington Stanley on Saturday.
Wycombe Wanderers players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Cowan-hall in the 9th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Accrington Stanley with a saving goal from Maguire in the 49th minute.
Wycombe Wanderers FC remains in first place with 42 points from 21 games, a 2-point lead over runner-up Shrewsbury Town FC.
