ENGLAND, Dec. 26, 2014 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 22: After their 2-2 draw against York City on December 20, the Shakers returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Northampton Town this Friday.
Northampton Town opened the score in the score in the 6th minute thanks to Richards, before Bury regained the advantage with Tutte ('30) and Soares ('45). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Shakers further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Mayor in the 57th minute.
Bury FC remains in 9th place with 34 points from 22 games, 3 points behind Exeter City FC.
