ENGLAND, Oct. 10, 2015 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 12: After their 0-0 draw against Yeovil Town on October 3, Pompey bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Cambridge United this Saturday.
Tubbs Matt scored tripple goals
Cambridge United had started off well by taking the lead in the 5th minute with a goal by Simpson Robbie. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Pompey nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Tubbs Matt '67, '69, '87).
Portsmouth FC climbed to first place with 23 points from 12 games, tie on points with runner-up Plymouth Argyle FC, which has a game in hand.
