ENGLAND, Mar. 5, 2016 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 35: After their 1-1 draw against Exeter City on March 1, Pompey bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Stevenage this Saturday.
Portsmouth dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Mcnulty Marc in the 22nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Pompey further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Naismith Kal with just 8 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Portsmouth FC remains in fifth place with 56 points from 34 games, one point behind Accrington Stanley FC, which has a game in hand.
