ENGLAND, Mar. 5, 2016 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 35: After their 0-0 draw against Hartlepool United on March 1 and 1-1 draw against AFC Wimbledon on March 1, the Cobblers bounced back with a 4-1 victory over Carlisle United this Saturday.
O Toole John-joe scored dual goals
Northampton Town dominated the first half thanks to goals from Marquis John ('16) and O Toole John-joe ('33). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Cobblers further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (O Toole John-joe '59 and Collins James '74).
Northampton Town FC remains in first place with 78 points from 35 games, a 13-point lead over runner-up Oxford United FC.
