ENGLAND, Apr. 23, 2016 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 44: After their 0-0 draw against Stevenage on April 19, the Pirates bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Exeter City this Saturday.
Bristol Rovers dominated the first half thanks to goals from Bodin Billy ('13) and Brown Lee ('45). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Pirates further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Taylor Matty in the 69th minute.
Bristol Rovers FC climbed to fourth place with 79 points from 44 games, only one point behind Oxford United FC.
