League Two (Week 14) : Colchester hold Morecambe to 2-2
ENGLAND, Oct. 22, 2016 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 14: The match between Colchester United and Morecambe ended in a 2-2 draw on Saturday.
Colchester United players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Porter Chris ('4, '39 on penalty) while Morecambe only scored once Barkhuizen Tom ('27). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Morecambe with a saving goal from Molyneux Lee in the 77th minute.
Morecambe FC remains in 10th place with 20 points from 14 games, tie on points with Crawley Town FC.
