ENGLAND, Nov. 12, 2016 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 16: Two wins in a row for Portsmouth. After their 0-1 win against Cambridge United on October 29, Pompey continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 4-0 victory over Mansfield Town this Saturday.
Baker Carl scored dual goals
Portsmouth dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Roberts Gary in the 11th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Pompey further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Hunt Noel '84 and Baker Carl '88, '90).
Portsmouth FC climbed to fourth place with 27 points from 16 games, 3 points behind Doncaster Rovers FC.
