ENGLAND, Sep. 12, 2017 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 7: After losing 0-3 to Swindon Town on September 9, the Hatters bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Port Vale this Tuesday.
Luton Town dominated the first half as a result of the unfortunate own goal scored by Whitfield Ben in the 38th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Hatters further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Stacey Jack in the 50th minute.
Luton Town FC climbed to 9th place with 11 points from 7 games, only one point behind Wycombe Wanderers FC.
