Ligue 1 (Week 13) : Lyon defeats Guingamp 3-1
FRANCE, Nov. 9, 2014 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 13: Five wins in a row for Lyon. After their success against Lille, Montpellier, Marseille and Nice, “Les Gones” continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 3-1 victory over Guingamp this Sunday.
Nabil Fekir scored dual goals
Lyon dominated the first half thanks to goals from Lacazette ('8) and Fekir ('20). Leading 2-1 at the break, “Les Gones” further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Fekir with just 3 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Olympique Lyonnais climbed to second place with 26 points from 13 games, 2 points behind Olympique de Marseille, which has a game in hand.
