FRANCE, Mar. 21, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 30: After a 0-0 draw with Marseille on March 15, “Les Gones” lost 2-1 against Nice.
Nice dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Brazilian midfielder Carlos Eduardo in the 23rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Nice players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Eysseric on penalty with just 4 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Olympique Lyonnais are down in second place with 58 points from 30 games, one point behind Paris Saint-Germain.
