FRANCE, Aug. 22, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 3: After their 1-1 draw against Lorient on August 16, Bastia returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Guingamp this Saturday.
Bastia dominated the first half thanks to goals from Palmieri ('5) and Baca ('39 own). Leading 2-0 at the break, Bastia players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Coulibaly Lassana in stoppage time.
Bastia climbed to second place with 7 points from 3 games, 2 points behind Paris Saint-Germain.
