Ligue 1 (Week 29) : Bordeaux draw 1-1 with GFC Ajaccio
FRANCE, Mar. 5, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 29: The match between Bordeaux and GFC Ajaccio ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Bordeaux players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Malian forward Cheick Diabaté on penalty in the 38th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by GFC Ajaccio with a saving goal from Tunisian midfielder Mohamed Larbi in the 89th minute.
Bordeaux remains in 12nd place with 38 points from 29 games, tie on points with Bastia, which has a game in hand.
