FRANCE, Aug. 28, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 3: After two straigth victories against Bastia and Metz, PSG lost 3-1 against Monaco.
Monaco dominated the first half thanks to goals from Moutinho ('13) and Fabinho ('45 on penalty). Leading 2-0 at the break, Monaco players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Aurier into his own net with just 10 minutes remaining in regulation time.
AS Monaco climbed to first place with 7 points from 3 games, tie on points with runner-up OGC Nice.
