FRANCE, Sep. 16, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 5: After their 1-1 draw against Saint-Etienne on September 9, PSG returned to winning ways with a 6-0 victory over Caen this Friday.
Edinson Cavani served up another goal feast
PSG dominated the first half thanks to goals from Cavani ('12, '23 on penalty, '38, '45). Leading 4-0 at the break, PSG players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Lucas '66 and Augustin '78).
Paris Saint-Germain climbed to first place with 10 points from 5 games, tie on points with runner-up AS Monaco, which has a game in hand.
