Ligue 1 (Week 11) : Lorient draw 2-2 with Montpellier
FRANCE, Oct. 29, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 11: The match between Lorient and Montpellier ended in a 2-2 draw on Saturday.
Lorient players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Touré ('16) and Marveaux ('24) while Montpellier only scored once Camara ('45). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Montpellier with a saving goal from Montpellier midfielder Morgan Sanson in the 69th minute.
Montpellier HSC climbed to 16th place with 11 points from 11 games, tie on points with Nantes, which has a game in hand.
