Ligue 2 (Week 12) : Sochaux and Laval tied at 1-1
FRANCE, Oct. 24, 2014 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 12: The match between Sochaux and Laval ended in a 1-1 draw on Friday.
Sochaux players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Sochaux forward Edouard Butin on penalty in the 45th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Laval with a saving goal from Laval midfielder Zeoula in the 49th minute.
FC Sochaux-Montbeliard are down in 8th place with 17 points from 12 games, one point behind Le Havre AC, which has a game in hand.
