Ligue 2 (Week 15) : Brest beats Valenciennes 1-0
FRANCE, Nov. 21, 2014 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 15: Four wins in a row for Brest. After their success against GFC Ajaccio, Auxerre and Le Havre, Brest continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 1-0 victory over Valenciennes this Friday.
Valenciennes made Brest doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Irish defender Ismaël Traoré in the 75th minute.
Stade Brest remains in first place with 30 points from 15 games, one point ahead of runner-up Dijon FCO.
