Ligue 2 (Week 27) : Sochaux defeats Tours 2-1
FRANCE, Mar. 6, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 27: After their 1-1 draw against Brest on February 28, “Les Lionceaux” returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Tours this Friday.
Tours had started off well by taking the lead in the 13th minute with a goal by midfielder Baptiste Santamaria. Trailing 1-0 at half time, “Les Lionceaux” nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Guerbert '49 and Kharja '52).
FC Sochaux-Montbeliard climbed to 6th place with 42 points from 27 games, only one point behind Stade Brest, which has a game in hand.
