Ligue 2 (Week 28) : Arles-Avignon defeats Chateauroux 2-1
FRANCE, Mar. 13, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 28: After losing 1-0 to Laval on March 9 and 2-4 to Auxerre on March 9, the Lions returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Chateauroux this Friday.
Chateauroux had started off well by taking the lead in the 43rd minute with a goal by forward Grégory Thil. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Lions nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Cissé '77 and Savanier '88).
LB Chateauroux remains in 19th place with 22 points from 28 games, 4 points behind Tours FC.
