Ligue 2 (Week 9) : Paris FC hold Nancy to 1-1
FRANCE, Sep. 28, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 9: Nancy was held to a 1-1 draw by Paris FC on Monday.
Paris FC players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Ech-chergui Idriss on penalty in the 40th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Nancy with a saving goal from Nancy defender Julien Cetout in the 86th minute.
AS Nancy-Lorraine are down in fifth place with 14 points from 9 games, 2 points behind US Creteil.
