Ligue 2 (Week 10) : Auxerre defeats Paris FC 2-0
FRANCE, Oct. 2, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 10: After losing 1-0 to Ajaccio on September 25, AJA returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Paris FC this Friday.
Auxerre dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Gaëtan Courtet in the 35th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, AJA further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Diarra Cheick in the 48th minute.
AJ Auxerre climbed to 9th place with 14 points from 10 games, tie on points with Stade Laval.
