Ligue 2 (Week 16) : Auxerre defeats Creteil 3-1
FRANCE, Nov. 27, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 16: Two wins in a row for Auxerre. After their 0-1 win against Metz on November 21, AJA continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 3-1 victory over Creteil this Friday.
Auxerre forward Gaëtan Courtet opened the score in the 15th minute, before seeing Creteil catch up in the 29th minute thanks to Florent Mollet. 1-1 at half time. AJA eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Sefil Sonhy ('73) and Ba ('90).
AJ Auxerre climbed to 7th place with 24 points from 16 games, tie on points with Red Star FC.
